Product Warranty

B’s FAB, LLC warrants its manufactured products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products that have been properly installed, maintained, and used as intended.
Products submitted outside the warranty period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not eligible for warranty coverage unless otherwise approved by B’s FAB, LLC.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or excessive wear caused by, including but not limited to:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidents, impacts, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Improper maintenance or lack of inspection
- Incompatible vehicle setups or aftermarket components
- Normal wear and tear
- Corrosion, environmental exposure, or off-road hazards
- Use in racing, competition, or conditions beyond the product’s intended design
Minor cosmetic imperfections, finish wear, powder coat variations, and damage caused by normal off-road use are not considered manufacturing defects under this warranty.
Customer Responsibility
Because aftermarket accessories can affect vehicle operation, performance, fitment, and wear patterns, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring compatibility with their specific vehicle configuration and all other installed components.
B’s FAB, LLC is not responsible for vehicle damage, component failure, labor costs, loss of use, downtime, towing, personal injury, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of its products.
Off-road use subjects vehicles and components to substantial stress and vibration. Customers are responsible for periodically inspecting all installed products, hardware, and mounting locations before and after use.
Warranty Claims and Discretion
B’s FAB, LLC reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all warranty claims prior to approval. Warranty coverage determinations, including whether a product will be repaired, replaced, partially credited, or denied coverage, are made solely at the discretion of B’s FAB, LLC based on the condition of the product and the terms outlined in this warranty.
B’s FAB, LLC’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of qualifying defective products, at our discretion.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Shipping costs associated with returning products for inspection are the responsibility of the customer.
By purchasing, installing, or using B’s FAB, LLC products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this warranty.
