These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the B’s FAB, LLC website located at bsfabutv.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made through it. B’s FAB, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an Arizona-based business located in Peoria, Arizona. By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Under the Arizona Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (A.R.S. 44-7001 et seq.), your electronic acceptance, including clicking through checkout and completing a purchase, constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a written signature. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products. This Site is intended for use by residents of the United States. We make no representation that products or services offered on this Site are appropriate or available in other locations.
1. Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from purchasing products under applicable law. Orders placed on behalf of individuals under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian.2. Products, Descriptions, and Intellectual Property in Products
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products listed on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is always accurate, complete, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error or product description inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. All custom fabricated parts are made to order and subject to production timelines. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify that any product you purchase is compatible with your specific vehicle make, model, year, and trim before ordering. Please review all product fitment information carefully and contact us with any compatibility questions prior to purchase. All product designs, fabrication methods, dimensional specifications, and design drawings created by B’s FAB, LLC are proprietary intellectual property of B’s FAB, LLC. Purchasing a product does not transfer any right to reproduce, copy, reverse-engineer, or manufacture that product or any derivative of it. Unauthorized reproduction of our product designs for commercial purposes is a violation of applicable intellectual property law.3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been collected. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer or household and to refuse orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale.4. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our Site are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping destination, as required by law. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order and take steps to recover any outstanding balance.5. Shipping
Shipping policies, including processing times, carrier options, and rates, are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Shipping Policy before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Product warranty coverage is governed by our Product Limited Warranty. Both documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available on our Site. In any conflict between these Terms and those documents regarding returns or warranty, the Return Policy and Product Limited Warranty govern for their respective subject matter. Custom fabricated and made-to-order products may have limited or no return eligibility. Please review the Return Policy carefully before purchasing.7. Dealer and Wholesale Accounts
Access to dealer or wholesale pricing is subject to prior written approval by B’s FAB, LLC. Dealer accounts are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time for misuse, resale of products in a manner inconsistent with our brand standards, or any violation of these Terms. Dealer account holders are responsible for all purchases made using their login credentials.8. Military and First Responder Discounts
Discount programs offered to military personnel and first responders are subject to eligibility verification. These discounts are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Misrepresentation of eligibility may result in order cancellation and account suspension.9. Intellectual Property in Site Content
All content on this Site, including but not limited to product images, logos, text, graphics, videos, and design elements, is the property of B’s FAB, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our content is a violation of applicable law and these Terms.10. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Site, you agree not to:- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
