At B’s FAB, LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 48 business hours.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in resellable condition
- Include all original hardware and packaging when possible
- Not show signs of installation, modification, misuse, or damage after delivery
Returns must be authorized by B’s FAB, LLC prior to being returned.
Products that have been installed, altered, scratched, damaged, or deemed non-resellable may be denied return eligibility.
Custom-built, made-to-order, clearance, or final sale items are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by B’s FAB, LLC.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please use the contact form on our website. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned products to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may be denied refund eligibility or subject to additional deductions.
B’s FAB, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing after the return is received.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on product condition, missing components, repackaging requirements, or return circumstances.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
