These 3D printed floor drain plugs have been designed to be a flush install and not fall through the floor. As well as being
flush it also means it’s almost impossible to be kicked out. Something that can’t be said for the OEM version offered by
Polaris.
The hex shaped installation / removal keyhole allows for multiple directions of use along with wrench type leverage.
Plug is designed with a small hex shaped keyhole to allow debris & water to escape which keeps the keyhole from
getting packed with dirt and debris and becoming un-usable. During use we’ve noticed virtually no draft or dust when
used with the factory skid plate.
All kits – 2 or 4 include 1 key for installation removal. Extra keys are available for an additional cost.

The drain plugs are great so far, the wrench on the other hand has busted while installing them for the first time.

First ride we didn’t lose a floor plug, but the key broke trying to use it to remove the plugs to wash our machine when we got home. I would recommend a stronger key for removal. We had to use other tools to remove the plugs after ours broke.

These plugs seem to be great. They are level with the floor surface so will not be kicked or bumped out of position. I marked them down because the 3d printed key is weak and the first one snapped off easily. The folks at B’s Fab quickly sent me another, but I think I will fabricate a metal one for future use. The folks at B’s Fab are great, and super responsive!
