A little info on installation would have been helpful. Very challenging to get on because of the electrical wires next to the intakes.

I had to take mine off the air intake. The engine was having problems starting and stay running with it on. As soon as I removed them it was fine. It was not getting enough air.

We have not seen the same results and have not had any other negative feedback from other customers. Was wondering if you could give us some additional information maybe on how your General is set up. Along with any other possible changes if any from stock? Very well made product, my only complaint. They are very very tight fitting and kinda a pain to get put on. They have a stitching in the bottom that you have to stretch over some plastic at the bottom to put the clamp back on. I actually ripped one getting it put on. Not much room to get hands in there to stretch them on down. They will probably work pretty good for a while.
